Lakwa Oil Field is also located in Shiv Sagar district of Assam/ It is one of the major oil fields being supervised and controlled by ONGC. This oil field has significant reserves of crude oil and natural gas. This oil field is known to produce high quality crude oil.
Geleki Oil Field
One more important oil field of Assam is Geleki oil field. This Oil Field is under the supervision of ONGC and his completely operated by ONGC. This oil field produces both accrued oil and associated natural gas.
